Just an update. I'm looking forward to seeing you
at the convention also. I have the hull cylinder complete for mine. (4 feet dia.
by 12 feet long) I have been stuck with crush formula for a long time and had
help from Clif Redus. I took my bike for a trip to visit him in Texas and he
most helpful. He is in the early testing of a really cool sub that he built. I
was stuck with some Macro formulas and have decided to call mine the
Macro-Guppy.
I have just received the formed steel from the fab
shop and have one rib welded up and tacked into place. I will have about 1000
feet of weld to lay these up, (12'5" X 4 double passes X 10 ribs) so iI think
that will keep me out of trouble for some time.
