I think US Submarines is just jealous since (as far as I know)
they have yet to build a submarine.  I remember somebody on this
list posting about a conversation they had with a guy from US
Submarines at a trade show, they where kind of negitive about
the K350 from what I remember.

Although, the more I hear from them the less I think they know
about subs.  From what I understand they are infact really a
project management company specializing in managing submarine
construction projects, but haven't been contract to manage
any projects.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
