Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Hydrobatic Trimaran Submersible Design Concept

Looks Great

I was day dreaming about the same last year but with a twist
Using an “internal wing “ to accelerate the sub.

This is a concept model for a fast one seater hydrobatic trimaran submersible, I've been thinking about for a while now, so I thought I'd better get it out of my head and on the computer so I could visualize it better. It will be controlled much like a canard aircraft with a elevator up front and ailerons in the wings. Also I will likely use flaps on the wings and the fuselage to help turn and for braking. Outer hull is composite fiberglass or carbon fiber and inner pressure hull steel. I should get great surface stability with this basic design model. Later I'll try to do a two seater model.
