If your'e diving in an unheated sub in cold water, it may be a good idea to
dive in a dry suit.  You may never get wet, but, my dives have always been
warm.  Unless you're doing a transit, a set of fins would get you to shore
fairly quickly if you don't have surface support.  Mask and snorkel, too,
especially in ice water.

Bring bus change and a credit card.
