[PSUBS-MAILIST] Kittrege Type Sub in Sandpoint, Idaho?

I found this Kittrege type sub near me in Sandpoint, Idaho in from of a business owned by Don Cox.

From what I can gather the sub is owned by Don Cox who had it in Alaska for a time.   Has any one here seen this sub before or worked on it???  I've never seen a Kittrege type sub with a acrylic type dome hatch. I wouldn't be to surprised if there was, but I thought it was interesting none the less. It's obviously been retired, but it was cool to see. I'm going back soon to see if I can talk with the owner Don. They run a log salvage business bringing old logs up from the bottom of Lake Pend Oreille. I have more pics if people are interested in some of the design details.
