Doug,

The online forum may prove to be a bit more disciplined since you can see
what categories are available for discussion before posting a note.  It
doesn't guarantee that someone won't post a discussion under the wrong
category, but if that happens we should be able to move it to the proper
category.  By the way, I moved the link to "Web Forum".

Don't beat yourself up.  You aren't the only grumpy old man on here.  Have
I ever introduced you to Ray?  :) :)  (sorry ray)
