Not so fast!...you see very similar warnings on most anything in the MSDS. This substance is used after all.... on baby diapers.
Still, I would not inhale fine powder, or allow large quantities of skin contact. The purpose of MSDS is to reduce your risks of harmful exposures by providing you with the known data to make appropriate decisions.
Say for example, you are employed in a factory which is manufacturing or packaging this substance, then you need this data for special handling.
For our purposes, in pellet form, in a canister, it is my assessment that this substance is very useful with the appropriate precautions.

Sodium Polyacrylate = May be harmful if swallowed. May cause irritation. Avoid breathing vapors, or dusts.
Use with adequate ventilation. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothes. Wash thoroughly after handling.
