What's your target depth?
What kind of control system you looking at? Teathered or unteathered?
What is it's mission? (what kind of payload will it carry? if any)
What will be it's motive force? are you going to use modified bilge pumps or 
trolling motors (which I really have to recommend you go with trolling 
motors, bilge pumps are a pain in the but and not worth the time)
