Makes me wonder how soon
before legislation is enacted restricting and licensing homebuilt
submarines and the government closely
watching us. Hate to see that but I think if this
sort of thing continues, it is sadly inevitable. We are already licensed as a
boat, but
I think the day may come when we are not allowed to
build submarines for personal use and the government will restrict
submarines
to only their military use and tour subs. So now is
the time to take advantage of lack of restrictions while we can.

Amazing really!...Submarines crewed by thugs and or
terrorists sneaking around territorial waters is just the kind of thing that
makes it to the morning briefings of American Presidents and EU Prime
Ministers. These guys truly are not thinking clearly, or pehaps post 911
security has cut into business a bit and they are getting a bit antsy!
That last one looked a lot like Carstens sections of Euronaut, a bit
smaller in diameter maybe.
