Absolutely....like posting a neon sign, here we are and here is what we are up to! In each case this has been tried, they've been busted! Each case, they have attracted attention before launch.
I suspect partly because of necessary outside expertise and materials. Also, believe it or not, local kids. How in the hell could you expect to build a monster sub and keep the local kids from talking about it? Then uncle José shoots off his mouth at the next town tequila tavern.
These guys may have a lot of money but, they are not the sharpest tools in the shed! Eventually, that fact catches up with each of them, not a one of them ever quits before getting caught or killed.
