For me a propane tank sub is a shallow water sub with a to thin shell. 
You can build with the same amount of money and time a midddeepwater
300-900 ft sub. So why should I build a car which runs only 15 mph ? And
would somebody purchase in later years a car runs only 15 mph.. or is
all this time and money gone to nothing..
