hi guys

    i called tap plastic in california. thay have 2 inch acrylic in stock for about 100 a square ft cut. of a 2x4 sheet for 650. and i checked thier number it complies with the pvho-1 specs. but you will have to heat treat after cutting

Dan, I do not have a part number but here is the description 2.000"x12"x12" polycast clear, cell cast acrylic sheet paper mask total price with S&H was $105.22.
