[PSUBS-MAILIST] Movie subs again

There is a submarine, about the size of a K-sub, at the very end
of "The Crimson Pirate."  The movie was made in 1952 and set
in "the late 18th century."   The little sub looks like a barrel with
a square box on top.  There's a periscope-like mast on the top
of the box (the conning tower), and a deck gun (a cannon).

I love Hollywood.
