Paul - thanks for the link. Phil also has
other plans, albeit somewhat less grandiose. They do involve submarines
but, alas, it's up to him to reveal . . .
In any case, Vancouver would be the proud recipient
of any more of Phil's submarine related activity. Hope he can link the
funding of this project to the Winter Olympic Games in 2010.
