 The 02 level is not the problem - as long as you dont stay any longer at
33 foot ( 29.4 psia) cabin pressue than you would have stayed  at surface
cabin pressure cabin pressure ( 14.7 psia)  then you will be in no worse a
position than you would have been after the initial 2 hours at surface
cabin pressure - except that the relative PP C02 will increease on the
ascent. The phenomenon is the same as a deep breath hold dive - the problem
isn't at pressure - it's just before or at the surface. It's not  near as
severe as a breath-hold dive, however ,since you will have had time to
acclimatize to an elevated PP C02 . In practise, you do notice the heavy
shot of C02 on surfacing, but it's not debilitating . . . it  can leave you
with a 'C02 hangover', though,( a dull headache that lasts several hours )
