Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Ebay: One man submarine "imilar to the Deep Flyer @ NYTCO"

Hi Chad.

The guy is also using the exact same pictures for all 3 different sub ads that have different item numbers.

The item numbers are as follows...7162448577   7162571469   5981057357

Here is what the guys ad text said...."  ONE MAN SUBMARINE-Similar to the Deep Flyer @ NYTCO... Unit is missing the thrusters, ring hatch and CO2 tanks.  This unit was custom built based on NYTCO`s model of the Deep Flyer."

This is what is funny. The guy says the unit was "CUSTOM BUILT".  Is he expecting us to believe that he has 3 custom built subs similiar to Phil's deep flyer that have the EXACT same missing parts?

Now it is POSSIBLE that he has 3 custom built subs similiar to Phil's deep flyer that do indeed have the EXACT same missing parts. Or perhaps he just wanted to pay e bay for 2 more unnecessary ads because he thought for some reason that

3 seperate ads for THE SAME SUB would give him more exposure even though a sub search would still turn up his single ad for the same sub. So that idea does not make sense. My gut feel is something smells here.

Kindest regards,

Bill Akins.

Something seems a little strange.  I clicked on "View seller's other
items" and he's got 3 identical subs listed starting at $15k, $15k, and
$10k.

Nice enough looking sub though, if it's real.
