Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] ambient breathing air system

Hi Brian.

The pictures of my wetsub canopy under construction and the drawing of the breathing air system I posted for SilkyN are showing up at moki finally.

The air system drawing is fine but for some reason it also included a picture of the blue sky background of my e mail as a seperate picture!

Also, now my sub canopy pictures are there three times! The first posting of the wetsub canopy is no good though and takes you to "page cannot be found" on all the pics.

The second and third postings worked and are there to see now, but it also made a picture of the blue sky background of my e mail background.

I did not send a picture of blue sky background. For some reason it took it from my e mail background as if it was a seperate picture and posted it as such.

Strange. I would try and delete the canopy post that sends you to "page cannot be found" and also delete one of the extra ones that DID work so there would just be

one good posting of the sub canopy pics, but I am afraid if I do that it might delete all three wetsub canopy posts since they are titled the same I think.

Anyway....they are there now. I am still wondering if they go thru automatically or if someone has to put them in manually after we send them. Anyone know how that works?

Kindest regards,

Bill Akins.

Bill,
Make sure you have everything exactly right in the subject line when you post to the moki.

Silky I also posted a drawing at moki pic exchange of one method to supply air to a small sub cabin. I thought that might be helpful to you. That drawing shows the operator using a mouthpiece to exhaust all carbon dioxide.

There are other methods but this one insures you don't breath ANY carbon dioxide if you aren't using scrubbers.

I posted it but still do not see it nor do I see the pics of my wetsub canopy construction I posted today.

I can't understand it. I posted two drawings at moki of a pressure equalization system the other day, and they showed up about 1 minute after I sent them. But now today, my sub canopy pics and the air supply drawing I posted there haven't shown up yet.

Does anyone know if when we post pics at moki if they automatically go thru, or if they go into a holding box and are then inserted at moki by someone manually? Anyone know? Also do our pics have to be a certain size or

they will be rejected? Everything I sent was in jpeg format.

Kindest regards,

Bill Akins.

Hello

thanks verry much Akins, your drawings of the equalisation system and the
555timer were verry helpfull also many thanks for having tryed several
times. i will make a similar system using transistors with probes like in
the rov diagram.

Pierre how do you vent breathing air into BIGs hull? what devise are you
useing to regulate the amount of air coming from your air tanks into your
hull for you to then breath? how do you mesure the volume of air going into
the hull from this system?

silky "sorry for asking such stupid and uninteresting questions"
"i search if i cannot find i am forced to ask"
