Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] ambient breathing air system

You're very welcome Silky. Glad to help.

Be sure and look at our moki picture exchange at the top for Pierre's ambient equalization system for his sub "Big".

It is very similiar to the one I posted and will be helpful to you also. Here's the link  http://www.prismnet.com/~moki/subfiles.html

Silky, you wrote...."silky; "sorry for asking such stupid and uninteresting questions"
"i search if i cannot find i am forced to ask"

Don't worry if you think you are asking a stupid or uninteresting question Silky. There is no such thing as a stupid question when asked in an earnest quest to learn.

I am not an expert. I make mistakes. Actually I am very uneducated concerning submarines compared to advanced expert guys like Carsten or Phil among other very advanced experts here.

But even they had to learn by asking questions too.

That's what this forum is for and does very well, answer questions, bounce ideas of each other, network, inform of progress of projects and just generally enjoy the comraderie

of fellow Psub'ers interested in submarines, whether they personally own a sub or not. So don't ever feel bashful or ashamed for any lack of knowledge you might have.

Just ask away! "Faint heart never won fair maiden". I can guarantee you that I will NEVER, EVER,  tell you that any question or idea you have is stupid or uninteresting.

Anyone who would do that is an impatient and not very good teacher or friend. So never worry about being sorry for asking questions my friend. We all had to learn from someone whether it be books

or a teacher. You just keep right on doing what you are doing.

Kindest regards,

Bill Akins.

the rov diagram.

Pierre how do you vent breathing air into BIGs hull? what devise are you
useing to regulate the amount of air coming from your air tanks into your
hull for you to then breath? how do you mesure the volume of air going into
the hull from this system?
