HI Pierre,
Not one big weight though. Riding an ambient that is suddenly 100's of
pounds lighter is bad. You could come up so fast you couldn't do the
scuba divers emergancy ascent ahhhhh to get the expanding air out of you lungs
fast enough. Clearing your ears could be a problem too.
If possible drop the weights in incriments of 10 pounds or some other
simular small incriments. That way you drop enough to get you going but not so
much you rocket to the surface.
