Hmmm. I wonder how long it will take before some
terrorist figures out that they could use one of these non propeller, non moving
parts rocket propelled subs to counter the overwhelming superiority of the U.S. navy.
With no prop and stealthy, the U.S. sub
detectors might have a hard time picking them up. Being built in Dubai it
is pretty close to middle east hotspots. Remember...the italians used similiar
tactics with their two man submarines in WW2 against the overwhelming
superiority of the British navy with modest
sucesses. Think about it. One of these subs with a high explosive charge could
sink a U.S. aircraft carrier. If U.S. intelligence is smart (and they frequently
are not) they would monitor who buys these subs in that part of the
troubled world..
I guess time will tell.
