Nomdae,

Power is a precious commodity in a small sub.  There isn't much to spare for
resistance heat.  Just dress for the occasion.  Cooling shouldn't be much of
a problem, unless you visiting some kind of under sea volcano vent.  The
water temp isn't hot.  What is annoying when in colder water is the humidity
and condensation that builds up in the sub.
