available in PDF format at

The Water Supply Bulletins contain information about the state's
hydrologic resources and include data on conditions in Washington as
far back as 1878.   The documents are categorized on the web site
into five major topic areas:
 > Geology and Groundwater Resources
 > Hydrologic Systems
 > Lakes
 > Snowfall, and
 > Stream Flow.
