All,
I am currently reading a book that seems to be answering allot of my questions 
and I would like to recommend it(it may already be well known to those of you 
with more experience). What I am enjoying most about it is that there seems to 
be allot of directly transferable information for psub work.  It also gets the 
ideas across without over doing the tech speak!
