..if one wants to follow submarines etc one can subscribe to various search engines regarding a topic you specify. Some interesting stuff comes up occasionally on any news releases etc on submarines, submersibles, etc...Subeo being one of them...

Lots on what navies are doing worldwide....they have the development money!

One Google article here has an issue on wiring, may be relevant, or not.......may be just of interest....
