Just to clarify for Pierre, if I may take the freedom of putting words in his mouth... Since his hull is not composed of the standard cylinders or spheres, the normal formulas such as ABS don't help him. I believe what he's looking for is someone who can run a finite element analysis. cheers, Alec -----Original Message----- From: Pierre Poulin [mailto:pipo305@hotmail.com] Sent: Mon 9/27/2004 8:30 AM To: personal_submersibles@psubs.org Cc: Subject: [PSUBS-MAILIST] virtual pressure test help! Hi guys! Is there anybody in the group that have and can operate a "computer program that can simulate pressure" on there computer? I have the complete cad file of my sub with frame and panels and I would like to know , just for curiousity, how much pressure it could take. I'll buy you a beer at next convention if you can! hehe.
