too much weight,,not enough weight,,got the air tanks filled,going to get it right today. taking more pictures too..im up here on dimond lake,white cloud mich.,small lake,sunked ice train,havent seen it yet.

Congratulations Les.  I bet it feels good to have it in the water.  Please write back and share any lessons learned.  Is there a view port in the bottom?  How is the steering responsiveness and what size motors are those?
