I think another motor is cheaper that through hull linkage.
I have a bow thruster and dive planes, but want slow speed
maneuverability. Maybe trolling motors amidships, one on each side. Fixed
is easier than pivoting on their axes.
The eBay submarine of Home Depot materials sold for about $2,000. Too
much, IMHO. A guy in Sausalito bought it, I sent him an email asking his
plans.  Interesting that two bidders (one from China?) had no eBay
history. I wonder if they were shills.
