Tarek,

Take a look at the photos in the PSUBS photo gallery.  That should give you
some ideas.  Most P-subs are controlled with thruster rather then dive
planes.

But............. If your already finished with your hull....... Isn't it a
little late to be thinking how your going to control your sub?
