No, you didn't say anything wrong.  I encourage you to seek alternative 
sources for information.  Instead of listing all possibilities here however,
I'd suggest that you do a GOOGLE search for "manned submersibles"?
There are a multitude of web sites that pop up...too many to list.

I think PSUBS is unique in the world of manned submersible web sites in that 
it provides the ability of individuals to communicate with each other through 
the mailing list.  Most of the sites that I see listed on GOOGLE provide one 
way information.  PSUBS offers two way communication with people who either 
have built a sub or are in the process of building one.
