Hi,

George had communicated to me some time ago that since he was shipping the books on his dime he was going to use the cheapest method he could. Some of the foreign addresses are just now starting to receive their copies. As a result I am going to hold off contacting George regarding any missing books till March 10.

Our initial discussions were for the PSUBS community to pay for shipping. The communication, mentioned above, kind of indicated he was paying for shipping. After everyone has their copies I'll ask George if he wants any compensation.
