No, they didnt use it after the war. It was raised direct after WW2 from
Rotterdam waters . It came in hands of the father of the present owner
because he had a yunkyard. All useable machinery was removed (the engine
probably found its way to an Opel truck;should fit!). It was on display ever
since.
