I was bidding on that one. I asked the seller about the tape. Apparently it is a copy from somewhere. Here is the response:

The tape is in good shape, quality is clear.  I bought it on e-bay, but I
don't think it is an original.  It's still good though.  I left the seller
positive feedback.
