I live in Tappahannock, VA (1 hr east of Richmond 360 East to 17, on Rappahannock River)
So you too have contemplated idea but not proceeded with it? Are you a diver? I am PADI Advanced Open Water certified and try to dive as often as possible (summer) at Lake Rawlings, VA and Beaufort, NC (near Moorehead City).
I am more attracted to a ambient pressure wet or semi-wet sub as a scuba friendly project.
Anyone else in our area that you know of? Ever consider a joint-project to offset expense?
