Hi All,

I was cleaning up a bunch of emails, and someone on the list had sent a link to
a ferro-cement site. On this page here:

they make the following statement:

"The British designed a 120ft submarine in ferro-cement."

Does anyone have any information on this design? Was it ever constructed?
