    The sub I'm building has been designated 'Endeavor'. Construction has not begun, I'm still working out many design features in order to enjoy safe and productive diving.
 
I'm wondering about your comment about testing your pressure hull. Have you heard of any such facilities in Northern California, US?

I plan to test BIG (my sub) this winter in an indoor water tank with ballast system.
