Hi everyone,

I have been reading a lot these last few days.  I read the psubs archive.  I study the psubs picture gallery.  I go to library and read books on submarines.  I rent movie 20,000 leagues under the sea and watch it three times.  I go to Pat Regan website Vulcania Submarine.  I write to him by email.  He answers many questions for me.  He is sending me plans for a submarine.  He draws many submarine plans for many years.  He is helping me build a sub.  Vulcania submarine have Message Boards where people write to.  We are on list to get How To Manual on homebuilt subs.  Now Pat Regan talking to others about making fastest submarine of all.  They have contest to see who is fastest in the world maybe.  I so lucky he live Hawaii.  Lucky I find him at psubs.  I know now I will have my submarine with such a good friend as Mr. Regan to help me.  I will send you picture of sub when I start for build and when I pau.  I am very happy and excited!
