I was driving back from a Beaver's game today and as I was driving back I saw what looked like some sort of pressure vessel sitting in someone's front yard somewhere on 99 W, between Corvallis and 99 W merging with highway 18. I'm trying to find a time to go check it out, but if you or anyone else that lives in that area, it might be something worth looking into.
