For those interested in Steinke hoods and how they are used, please see this

For those planning on using this kit in their boat, this document provides a
lot of dialog and diagrams that could be incorporated into your boats
operating manual.  It also list conditions on when the Steinke hoods should
be used.  US Navy recommends using these to a maximum depth of 450 fsw.
Measured ascent rate is 425 fps.
