The Busby book is in the public domain, as far as I know it would be
legal if you could print your own copys (and sell them), or use parts
of the book in any of your own works.  I think it would be respectful
to state the source when using any material from the book, but it is
probably not required.

And, does any body know where it says the book is in the public domain?
