Hi,

As you know George Kittredge has offered copies of his book to the 2003 Convention attendees.

I have asked him, what about non convention goers? No word back yet. You guys may have to pay for the book and postage. Depends on how George wants to handle you.

For now I want a list of names. Please send me your name and address IF:

1. You did NOT attend the 2003 Convention 
2. Want a copy of George's book.
3. Are willing to pay for the book and postage.

Once I get the list I can contact George to work something out. For now I
an scoping the interest level. Do not send money and do not expect a book.
Nothing has been worked out at this point.
