i believe the 'sub' is more of a glass bottomed boat as this one doesn't
submerge, but they do have a submersible operating on the south coast of the
island at Puerto Carmen.
I had a trip on it a couple of years ago and even managed to get one of the
seats directly behind the pilot!
they only run it to about 10m depth.  they feed the fish to keep them
interested in the sub, visit a manmade wreck and the obligatory diver
outside the window.  very touristy but still a great experience
