Dan,  it's possible you have a corrupted file.  I had to re-download
several ABS pdf's due to this.  Most of the time Acrobat could not
open and display. I only had one pdf that wouldn't print.  Try downloading
the file again and see what happens.
Other than this, make sure your printer drivers and utilities are intact
and go thru page setup before printing.
