Sounds like when the SSN Halibut tapped the cables under the Okhotsk.  Of 
course we said we didn't do it, but they found the "Property of the United 
States Government seal on it.  That still stands in a museum in Russia 
somewhere.  Cold war games all over.  Sounds like fun!
