[PSUBS-MAILIST] mailing list deletions

The following addresses have been removed from the mailing list
due to delivery problems caused by their mail server.  This could
be because their server is down, they have exceeded their disk
quota, or the mail account is no longer active.

If you know any of these people, please tell them to re-subscribe
to the mailing list after they have fixed their email accounts.
