Folks,

I believe we have fixed the email delivery problems we were having that
resulted in some people not getting PSUBS messages or even being able to
sign up for the PSUBS mailing list.

Some of these people may have thought that they were removed from the
mailing list (they were not) or that the list wasn't active anymore.
If you know someone who was affected by this problem, please have them
try to re-register for the list, or contact me jon@psubs.org with a
subject line of "PSUBS SERVER".
