[PSUBS-MAILIST] Re: [PSUAir Service Medical

Here is the address of the relevant parts of Air Service Medical. The
rebreather referenced seems a rather simple device and is not much more
than a glorified Momsen lung, I suspect. It was used to test the
physiology of pilots flying at altitude without supplemental oxygen.

This will get you into the directory where you will find four images. The
.gif images are text and the .jpg's are images of the device used in the
testing.

I appologize for the quality of the imagery... my scanner died, so I had
to use a digital camera... then, too, the book is almost a hundred years
old. I have to return it today or tomorrow, so I couldn't wait to get a
scanner up and running.

I'll leave 'em up for a month or so. This should give anyone who is
interested time to download 'em.
