The mailing list appears to be working fine.

Some folks may be having trouble receiving mail from the server if
THEIR service provider subscribes to any blackhole/blacklist for the
purpose of blocking email relaying.  All they have to do is ask
their internet provider if they use a "blacklist" for email.  Their
ISP will know what they are talking about.  If the ISP does use a
blacklist, the person should ask them to stop blocking 208.146.132.20.
If the ISP won't stop, the person should take their business elsewhere.
