Garry: I downloaded the PTC CAD program and it seems very good and easy to operate. Easy to load too. Use the links on their site to print the instructions and operation for starters. I am new to CAD so I don't have any professional insights to offer you. I am learning though. Affirmative on the poor state of affairs! Mark Steed
