What you mean is that air pressure is regulated so that interior cabin air pressure is always equal to exterior water pressure, right? That is an ambient pressure dry sub design. You don't have to worry about somebody stealing your idea. It's not a new idea. You may speak freely without worrying about having your idea stolen.
