[PSUBS-MAILIST] project spec sheet

I have thought this out, and I figured this: 4- 4' diameter spheres,
connected by a 3' diameter by 1/4" thick pipe.  About 16-18' long, and
the spheres alone would have a beam of 4', but with the ballast tank it
would be closer to 6 1/2-8'.

Would the spheres need to be ribbed?
